Thank you for your participation in the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk®!! We’re so happy you came out to walk and show your support for the cause.
The event was a tremendous success for all involved. Across East Central Iowa 1,900 participants showed up, and together, we raised nearly $230,000 (to date).
Although the walk is over, we are still on the MOVE to fight this disease! We’re so close to our chapter-wide goal of raising $240,000 that if each participant raised just $5.50 we would exceed this year’s goal.

Alzheimer's has a devastating effect on the lives of those who are diagnosed and the lives of their loved ones. Currently, there are as many as 5.3 million Americans living with the disease, and this number is expected to grow to 16 million by 2050. Now is the time to take action against this epidemic!
